Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will do everything in our power to ensure excellent customer service.

Items can be exchanged for store credit only, 14 day exchange policy with receipt
All sale items are final
Exchanged items must remain un-washed, un-worn and all tags attached.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end.
All items are inspected and shipped in pristine condition, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you do not contact us about the issue within the 3 days we will unfortunately be unable to help you with the issue. Please make sure to inspect your items, we always want happy customers!
The shipping costs will be covered by the customer if items are exchanged for reasons other than damaged goods.

Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.


Our Christmas exchange policy starts on November,1. Customers will have until January 8th, 2019 to exchange or get an in store credit, if their gift does not work. Items must remain unworn and with tags still in place, and a gift receipt to qualify for the later date Christmas policy.
